RUN 2038 – HARE: TEFLON – QUEENS HEAD HOTEL

28 Hashers signed the book, but I think there were about 32 who assembled at the Queens Head Hotel for Teflon’s run.

14 Hashers took off on the 5km run once we found where the on on was hiding. While the runners were divided mid run with half of us taking a bit of a short cut, we all then congregated at a very well stocked drink stop along the Yarrowee Trail with a variety of beers, girly drinks, lollies and chips. We then returned to the nearby Queens Head Hotel for down downs and dinner. Dinner was interesting as they ran out of glasses very early on and when I left, some people were still waiting on their food. Luckily I was one of the first to be fed.

Welcomes Back included: Rear Entry, Road Runner and Wee Problem. They Ought to be Publicly Pissed on

Sniffycunt runs this week included: Rear Entry 2222, Campaspe 77 and D&C 236. Campaspe takes it up the… Further sniffy runs were: Juz Cum 55, Wee Problem 37, GILF 352, Rear Entry (again) 2222 and Dr Death was charged for double charging Rear Entry It’s a Grand Old Flag

Mountie then stepped up to shag the run and gave the following scores, Venue 20, Terrain 5, Marking 5, Drink Stop 10, Groovy Factor 5, giving a total of 45 out of 100. Shitty Trail

All the Doctors (Dr Rowdy, Dr Campaspe and Dr Death) were charged for rumours surrounding side effects from Astrazeneca vaccination (larger breasts for women and hard ons for men) that Dumb thought were real. No No No . NBCL was also charged for the poor GM having to put up with 3 days of cold showers. Finnish Drinking Song

Charges from the run were given to Campaspe for finding trail hard to find in the dark, Teflon for not using luminous trail, Juz Cum who nearly went down, Plucka for something about a dead dog and NBCL (not sure why). 20 Toes

Half-a-bar was then charged for dressing up as Santa (I assume at Christmas time) when he is only the size of an elf and Shafted was charged for his last time in the 600’s (he is on 699 runs). Half-a-bar was charged again for falling off a donkey when dressed as Santa and breaking all the kids presents. His One Skin

Teflon then received a charge for the run going past Stubby’s place, where he was out on the balcony shouting at us as we ran past and Mrs D (RA) was charged for the rain that would be coming tomorrow. Mrs Murphy

However, after today’s news I think that this will have to be cancelled and we will probably have to resume Zoom Hash.

RUN 2037 – HARE: NORMAL – GRAPES HOTEL

Thirty Hashers signed the book, but I think there were about 35 who assembled at the Grapes Hotel for Normal’s run.

15 hashers took off on what I measured to be a 5.8km run with Normal, I believe this was his first run for a while as he is usually in the walking subgroup. We then congregated at a very well stocked drink stop with a variety of beers, girly drinks, lollies, chips and snow balls near the corner of Grant and Anderson St E. We then returned to the nearby Grapes Hotel for down downs and dinner.

Welcomes Back included: BP, Fang, Bent Nose, Narelle, Head Hunter, Quick Dick and Penny Farthing. Get a life

Mountie then stepped up to shag the run and gave the following scores, Venue 11, Terrain 11, Marking 20, Drink Stop 11, Groovy Factor 11, giving a total of 64 out of 100. Shitty Trail

Sniffycunt runs this week included: Head Hunter on 162, Quick Dick on 161, Gilf for 350 for her last run and Juz Cum for missing some sniffy runs.

Charges from before the run were given to D&C who refused to line up at the bar because she is the GM. No No No Head Hunter was also charged for being spotted by Fascitator doing a blow job (using a leaf blower). She’s a Harriette. The 2 GM’s were then charged for giving Donuts 2 sets of glasses and the Hawthorn supporters were charged for giving hope to the Nth Melbourne supporters. It’s a grand old flag . Dr Death was then charged for Redan getting thrashed this week and Juz Cum received a charge for her jacket. His One Skin

Shafted was then charged for becoming a Grandfather, allowing the Foster name to live on while Mastabait was charged for his 5th granddaughter. Give us a A

We then moved on to charges from the run where Half-a-bar was charged for his stories at the bar. Dumb for his 1250 run and Gilf for her 351 run. Head Hunter was also charged for thinking Precious was wearing real glasses. No No No

Dinner was ready so we then moved on to announce Next Week’s Run - Monday 24th May 2021

Hare: Teflon from the Queens Head Hotel, Humffray St North, Ballarat East. God Save the Queen

There was also an announcement for anyone who had lost a hash cap with no name on it as one has been found.

Quote of the week: after receiving my meal the waitress announced that she had JUST COME – resulting in smiles and sniggers from Bent, Rowdy and Precious.

RUN 2036 – HARE: SPARTACUS – PARK HOTEL

Twenty-five Hashers signed the book and assembled at the Park Hotel for Spartacus’s run. Fortunately, the electricity had returned after a power outage that threatened to cause chaos to our dinner plans and was possibly caused by the heavy rain that may have kept some of the less dedicated hashers away. 10 hashers took off on the run towards the lake. I’m not sure how many walkers there were. I don’t believe that any trail was spotted, I certainly didn’t see any, but we will go with the theory that it was washed away by the rain. Campaspe missed the start of the run while ordering dinner, but caught up with the group near the sound shell where Rowdy led the group to sing the hash version of  Oh Come All Ye Faithful . We then congregated at Boot Laces place in Lake Gardens for the drink stop and then returned to the Park Hotel for down downs and dinner.

Welcomes Back included: Bar Licker, Mastabait, SS, Dr Death, Fuck wit Phil and Bad Hair Day (even though he was at hash last week???).  Get a life 

The GM was then charged for missing Bitch Face in the welcomes back and Bitch Face got her welcomes back charge.  No No No  The RA (Mrs D) was then thanked and charged for stopping the rain.  Who stopped the rain 

Mountie then stepped up to shag the run and gave the following scores, Venue 15, Terrain 5, Marking 0, Drink Stop 0 (Because Boot Lace wasn’t there), Groovy Factor 5, giving a total of 25 out of 100.  Shitty Trail 

Dr Death was charged for telling Normal to come to watch a close game of footy where East Point ended up beating Redan by 159 points. And Fuck Wit Phil was charged for not coming to hash for ages.  His One Skin 

Bitch Face was charged for needing bigger text to read, Plucka was charged for the Gov Hub and all non-mothers were charged.  She’s a Harriette.  This was followed by a charge for all the mothers following on from yesterdays Mother’s Day.  Mrs Murphy 

We then moved on to charges from the run where Mrs D was charged for new runners. Mrs D then did a shoey down down. Half-a-bar was then charged for the lack of gold discovered on this property.  No No No
